Clark Solar Project is a 22.3 MW project in Clark Freeport Zone, Luzon. The plant was formally inaugurated on March 11, 2016. EverStream provided a structured development loan to the European developer who sold the project in 2015 to a strategic buyer while still in development stages and ultimately repaid the facility in 2019.
