The Regulus Solar project is an approximately 82-megawatt solar power facility located in Kern County, California, developed by SunEdison and commissioned in February 2015. The project, which utilizes over 248,000 solar panels, sells its power to Southern California Edison under a 20-year agreement and was backed by Google. EverStream arranged, structured, and managed a $67m investment vehicle to fund project development for central California: Adobe, Regulus, Cascade and Orion projects.
