Everstream established DG Solar Partners I in 2016 after acquiring a 14 project 11.1 MW solar project portfolio that spans across Colorado, New Jersey, Florida, and Puerto Rico EverStream purchased the portfolio in two phases; first the Lessor position from the Tax Equity investor and second the lessee position from the SunEdison bankruptcy estate who was the original sponsor. EverStream simplified the investment by collapsing the capital structure, repaired assets and sold the entire portfolio to Tortoise Advisors.
