The Orion II Solar project is a 10.5-megawatt solar power facility located in Kern County, California, developed by SunEdison and commissioned in 2014. The electricity generated by the facility is sold to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). EverStream arranged, structured, and managed a $67m investment vehicle to fund project development for central California: Adobe, Regulus, Cascade and Orion projects.
