In 2015, EverStream helped form the seed capital for a second YieldCo company in collaboration with SunEdison and TerraForm Power (TERP) but with the strategy to exclusively focus on developing country projects, as opposed to developed country projects.  TerraForm Global went public on NASDAQ under the symbol ‘GLBL’.  Brookfield Asset Management acquired the company in 2017.
